When hiking through southern Utah, Cedar City is the perfect hub. This area, (known for it’s world-famous Utah Shakespeare Festival), has such close proximity to so many of our hiking trails, it’s easily one of our favorite destinations. On our recent trip through Cedar City, we stopped for lunch at Centro Woodfired Pizzeria. And boy, were we impressed!
The decor and atmosphere are way cool. And prepare to be blown away by the incredible flavors! We started off with the Bruschetta. It was tasty!
We shared the huge Arugula Salad. It was fresh and delightful!
We were madly in love with the Pizza Classico, complete with ‘zebra spots’ on the crust (the indicator that this is the real deal.)
And don’t you dare pass through Cedar City without trying the Nutella Piegato for dessert. It’s divine! You’ll be thinking about it for days.
